A

Check The flight plan number / version. If there is a discrepancy contact flight planning via ACARS .FCB

A

Check the actual ZFW against the stomata on the cirrus flight plan. Consider fuel implications and weight restrictions.

What must the Captain check before signing his acceptance of the AML

4 things!

A

That the requested fuel is loaded and that it is sufficient for the flight.

That the total fuel in tanks figure is entered on the cirrus plan.

That the calculated arrival fuel figure when compared with the remaining fuel is within tolerance for the aircraft type.

That the freeze point is satisfactory for the planned flight.

A

It shouldn’t be done and if you want to do it look it up in OMB!

A

Any concern over fire, or hot brakes or anything that might be a source of ignition should be reported to the airport fire services and the refuelled.

What are the access legalities during refuelling on the ground. With a jetty and without?

A

With a jetty, no additional steps required.

Without a jetty, a set of passenger steps should be positioned at each opened primary evacuation point.

A

Stop all movement of vehicles nearby. Consider a rapid disembarkation and if you do move people at least 15 metres away upwind and upslope.

What is the scope and intent of LMC’s

A

LMC’s are used to amend final loadsheet where it would be impractical to obtain a new loadsheet.
They can be used to update any, weight, load, crew complement, or passenger change, up to 500kg on a single aisle aircraft.

A

Annotate the final loadsheet,
Update the TOW,
Sign the change,

A copy of the updated loadsheet does NOT have to be left with the station staff
