Local Control Flashcards
A380
Notify OC/CIC if A380 is inbound
They will notify PANYNJ who will provide any runway and/or movement area restrictions that apply to the aircraft
A380 requires a PANYNJ “follow me” vehicle for all operations on the movement areas to/from the runway
Helicopter Arrivals and Departures
- Coordination with PANYNJ must be completed prior to helicopter landing on a taxiway.
- Helicopters are not permitted to depart or land directly to or from the Signature Ramp unless approved by PANYNJ operations
- If PANYNJ approval is received ensure aircraft being held on ramp are advised of helicopter traffic.
FFM
