Popcorn Old Fashion
Glass: Cut rocks
Ice: Cubed
Garnish: Toffee popcorn in a paper cone
Markers Mark bourbon: 1.5 oz
Licor 43: 1/2 oz
Monin salted caramel: 1/4 oz
Dash Black walnut Bitters
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass and stir till blended and diluted. Pour over Cubed ice in a cut rocks. Peg a paper cone to the side of the glass and fill with popcorn.
REMEBER:
This drink works better when using the larger ice cubes to stir and serve.
MILK allergen on the toffee popcorn
Blueberry Sour
Glass: Double cut rocks
Ice: Cubed
Garnish: Candyfloss on a winged stick.
Bombay Sapphire: 1.5 oz Briottet Myrtille: 3/4 oz (blueberry liqueur) Lemon juice: 1 oz Butterfly pea tea syrup: 1/4 oz Dash Foamer
Wet and dry shake. Pour over Cubed ice. Fix a winged cocktail stick to the side of the glass and spike a wod of cotton candy on the stick.
REMEBER: Always ensure you dry your hands thoroughly before handling the floss
Passionfruit Margarita
Glass: Coupe
Ice: None
Garnish: Pink rock salt rim + lime wheel
Patron Silver: 1.5 oz Cointreau: 1/2 oz Briottet Passionfruit: 1/2 oz Lime juice: 1 oz Sugar syrup: 1/2 oz Half a fresh passionfruit Dash Pineapple and staranise Bitters
Wipe the rim of a coupe with a slice of lime then run through the salt to form a ring around the edge of the glass.
Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain.
Mrs Betters Bakewell
Glass: Cut rocks
Ice: Cubed
Garnish: Shortbread rim + maraschino cherry
Absolut vanilla: 1oz Disaronno: 3/4 oz Monin Cherry: 1/4 oz Monin orgeat: 1/2 oz (Almond syrup) Lemon juice: 1/2 oz Dash Foamer
Rim the glass through shortbread crumb.
Wet and dry shake all ingredients.
Pour over Cubed ice and add a cherry on a stick.
REMEBER: The vodka, disaronno and monins are premixed. Use 2.5 oz of Red + White premix.
Provide a straw but encourage guests to drink through the shortbread rim for the full “Bakewell Tart” effect.

Glass: Cut rocks
Ice: Cubed
Garnish: Dehydrated pineapple, Staranise, cherry.
Coconut Monkey shoulder: 1.5oz Koko Kanu: 1/2 oz Benedictine: 1/4 oz Jasmine tea syrup: 1/2 oz Lime juice: 1/4 oz Pineapple juice: 1 oz Dash pineapple +staranise Bitters.
Shake all ingredients and strain over Cubed ice. Garnish to serve.
