A: dorsiflexion and eversion

I: middle and distal phalanges 2-5
A: extend toes 2-5, dorsiflexion, eversion

Extensor hallucis longus
O: middle anterior surface of fibula and interosseous membrane
I: distal phalanx it first toe
A: great toe extension, dorsiflexion, inversion
N: deep peroneal
Peroneus brevis
O: distal 2/3 of lateral fibula
I: base of 5th
A: eversion and assists with plantarflexion
N: superficial peroneal
Peroneus longus
O: fibular head and proximal 2/3 of lateral fibula
I: base of 1st and medial cuneiform
A: eversion and assists with plantarflexion
N: superficial peroneal
Tibialis posterior
O: proximal posterior shafts of tibia/fibula and interosseous membrane
I: all 5 tarsals and base of 2-4 metatarsals
A: plantarflexion and inversion
N: tibial
Flexor digitorum longus
O: middle posterior surface of tibia
I: distal phalanges of 2-5
A: flexes toes 2-5, plantarflexion, inversion
N: tibial
Flexor hallucis longus
O: middle half of posterior tibia
I: distal phalanx of first toe
A: flexes great toe, plantarflexion, inversion
N: tibial

O: soleal line, proximal posterior surface of tibia and posterior aspect of fibular head
