*LSM < 15 kPa: Low risk — not consistent with cACLD.
*LSM 15–20 kPa: Intermediate risk of decompensation over 3 years.
*LSM > 20–25 kPa: High risk — consistent with cACLD.
*LSM > 25 kPa: Very high risk — increased risk of hepatic decompensation.
