Sitting, patient flexes, lumbar and thoracic spine, chin to test. Therapist DF extend knee
Positive if require cervical extension or symptoms enhanced
Straight leg test for? How to form?
Neural tension or lesion of spinal cord
Patient supine, therapist flex hip with knee extension, IR, add DF if not getting symptoms
Positive if reproduce symptoms

Patient supine, therapist flexed hip to 90° knee flexed. One hand under sacrum, applied downward force through femur
Positive with pain under hand
