  2. Chemotherapy
  3. Radiation

“Depends on type & stage.”

17
Q

When is surgical resection indicated for lung cancers?

A

Predicted Postoperative FEV1 = 800ml +

18
Q

How is Small Cell carcinoma usually treated?

A

Chemo + Radiation

  • Usually non-operable
19
Q

Prognosis of lung cancer

A

VERY POOR
5 year prognosis = 10%

20
Q

Tx of metastatic lung cancer

A

Chemo +/- Radiation

Surgery is only to treat symptoms
