-Complaining his brain is being manipulated because of his desire to become king.
-Shows how much he is willing to sacrifice, as he goes and kills the King even though he knows he’s being controlled and it is bad for him.
-Macbeth is struggling because he is destroying the great chain of beings.

A

-King is supposed to be God’s man on earth, powerful yet Macbeth is the opposite of this.
-In Act 4 he goes to the Witches begging for help to tell him his future.
-Shows audience what will happen if your not the rightful heir to the throne.
