7
Q

What is a unmagnetised ferromagnetic material

A

The domains are aligned in different direction making the magnetic field zero

9
Q

What is hard iron and what is made out of

A

Keeps it’s magnetic characteristics for a long time (Used in permanent magnetics)
And alloy mainly contains ferromagnetic material

11
Q

Why is a soft iron easily demagnetised

A

The magnetic domain aligns itself very quickly in parallel lines when it
comes in contact with an external magnetic field.

The magnetic domain also quickly swings out of this parallel arrangement
when the external magnetic field is removed.

It will be made of an alloy containing less ferromagnetic material then other metals.

13
Q

Why does high temperature remove the magnetics magnetic properties

A

The kinetic energy given causes the magnetic domain to move out of
arrangement or out of line.
