Your body started to be a single fertilized cell

The cell is the basic unit of life.
The human body is composed of trillions of cells,each with its own job to do.
Growth during pregnancy
Once a egg is fertilized, it goes through the Fallopian tube into the uterus.
The embryo attaches itself to the wall of the mother’s uterus.
Growth inside the uterus
In order for the uterus to grow, it must get food from its mother.
Substances like tobacco,alcohol, and other harmful drugs can do harm to the fetus.
Stages Of Birth
Stage One: the cervix begins to dilate, or open.
Stage Two: down through the canal, and out the mothers body.
Stage Three: once the baby is born, the placenta is no longer needed.
