OSHITME
- Oxygen - 15l NRB maintaining SaO2 >92%
- Salbutamol - 5mg nebs (monitor K, ECG)
- Hydrocortisone IV 100mg every 8hr/oral prednisolone
- Ipratropium 500mcg nebs
- MgSO4 IV
- Theophylline/aminophylline IV
- Escalate care - refer to ICU if not improving

- Heart disease
- Goitre
- Pregnancy problems - pre-eclampsia, birth defects
- Myxoedema coma - confusion, hypothermia and drowsiness
