Interpretation

A
  • the presence of normal baseline variability prior
  • a stable baseline rate
    an absence of deceleration
    suggests the fetus is well oxygenated

in the context of the clinical picture the absent variability and lack of accelerations are caused by the maternal medications

the fetus was noted to be moving on the palpation
