A

->Consult Physician
->Use an Anxiety Reduction Protocol
->Nitroglycerrin Tablets/Spray
->Use nitroglycerin premedication if indicated
->Consider limitation of amount of epinephrine used (max 0.04mg)
->Nitrous Oxide sedation
->Monitor Vitals Closely
->Maintain Verbal Contact

A

->Consult Physician
->Check Physician if invasive dental care is needed before 6 months after MI
->Check if the pt uses Anticoagulants (Aspirin)
->Use an Anxiety Reduction Protocol
->Nitroglycerrin Tablets/Spray
->Use supplemental oxygen if needed
->Use nitroglycerin premedication if indicated
->Consider limitation of amount of epinephrine used (max 0.04mg)
->Nitrous Oxide sedation
->Monitor Vitals Closely
->Maintain Verbal Contact
->Refferal to a oral and maxillofacial Surgeon

A

->Defer treatment until heart function has been medically improved and pts physician believes that treatment is possible

->Supplemental Oxygen

->Anxiety Reduction Protocol

->Avoid Using the supine position

->Consider refferal to OMFS surgeon
