Defined

A

I think a good manager is the one that gives clear directions and stays pretty hands-off, yet is ready and available to promptly offer guidance when needed.

Personally, I like to check in regularly with informal and formal follow ups making sure there are no hiccups and the tasks are getting accomplished as desired.

There were three vendors involved: First, I created a document with the technical specifications and a diagram illustrating the formatting additionally, I provided with digital samples. Later, I did a quick follow up which each of vendor. The producers valued the documents and samples I sent and they really appreciated me following up because we were able to review the documents together and clarify any confusion.

By doing this, we saved time and the possibility in incurring into additional expenses due to unnecessary revisions.
