Shipbaord risk assessment, call for a meeting, general procedures as given in change over procedure book (class provide / engine manufacturer). How hours notice required - give notice and give log entries. On entry: - SECA being entered - Date of changeover - Time of changover - Position of entry - Volume of low sulpher fuel at the moment of entry.

Only closed loop (water is filtered), open loop requires discharge of water so not aloud).

Empty refill. Dilution Flow through. >200nm from land and 200m depth. But if unable to do 200nm then can be reduced to 50NM and 200m depth.
