• 3 oz. Gin or Vodka (on preference)
• Shake or stir (on preference)
• Dry Vermouth wash

Garnish with olive or lemon twist

Dirty - with olive juice
Dry - no vermouth
Wet - add 3/4 oz. vermouth

Manhattan

Answer 2

• 3 oz. Bourbon
• 3/4 oz. Sweet Vermouth
• 3 dash bitters

Garnish with a cherry or a lemon twist

Question 3

Cosmopolitan

Answer 3

• 2 oz. Vodka
• 1 oz. Cointreau
• 1 oz. Cranberry Juice

Garnish with a lime.

Question 4

Daiquiri

Answer 4

• 2 oz. light rum
• 1 oz. lime juice
• 1 dash simple syrup

Shake and strain

The Westsider

Answer 5

• 1 oz. Skyy Citrus Vodka
• 1 oz. Skyy Blood Orange Vodka
• 1 oz. Kopke White Port
• .5 oz. Peach Schnapps
• .5 oz. Lemon Juice

Shake all ingredients to chill.
Strain
Garnish with orange twist

Salted Caramel Apple

Answer 6

• 1.5 oz. Crown Royal Apple
• 1 oz. Smirnoff Caramel Vodka
• .5 oz. cream

Salt half the rim of the glass.
Swirl caramel around the glass.
Shake all ingredients to chill.
Strain into martini glass.

The Ice Cap

• 1.5 oz. Milagro Silver Tequila
• .5 oz. Crème de Cacao
• .5 oz. Blue Curacao
• 1 “splash” cream

Shake all ingredients to chill.
Strain into martini glass.
Top with whipped cream.
