assesses fetal well-being; baseline fetal heart rate (FHR) 120-160 beats/min; assess for variable decelerations which may be a sign of prolapsed cord.
Then I call PCP

Post-Op vaginal discharge
A
vaginal discharge goes from lochia rubra, to lochia serosa, and eventually to lochia alba; the transition from rubra to serosa takes approximately 3-4 days and then to alba around 21 days postpartum.
Which basically indicate “Your vaginal drainage will change from dark red to yellow-white after the tenth day.”!!!!!!!!!!!!!
