When the months are given divide it by 12 and you will get the amount in years.
Multiply the Mg and Kg = per day
Divide 24 by the amount of hours ( q5h) = how many times it's taken in a day.
2) Divide the per day / with how many times it's taken in a day.
You will get the per dose.
