=> non arrest 10mg bolus, then 90mg / 2H

STROKE => TPA
=> 0.9mg/kg (max 90mg)
=> 10% of dose (bolus), 90% remainder / 1H

STEMI => TNK
30-50mg IV bolus
arrest = 50mg bolus
