Thyroid levels will change due to changes in blood -> Regular (4w) TSH monitoring.
Adjust thyroid meds
Consider surgery in 2nd trimester for hyperthyroidism

Treat even if asymtomatic. Usual meds: amoxicillin or nitrofurantion (bkp, ?tertatogenic) + rescreen after treatment
