Mecanismo de acción adrenalina

A

Estimula el sistema nervioso simpático (receptores alfa y ß), aumentando la frecuencia cardiaca, gasto cardíaco y circulación coronaria. Sobre los receptores ß de la musculatura lisa bronquial, provoca una relajación, lo que alivia sibilancias y disnea.
