Class
Acetylsalicylic Acid (Aspirin)
324 mg / 4 x 81 mg baby aspirin PO if not taken during previous 24.
Class
Adenosine (Adenocard)
6 mg rapid IV followed by 10-20 mL NS flush
if no response in 2 minutes, 12 mg
Class
Abuterol (Proventil)
2.5 mg by nebulizer up to 7.5 mg.
continuous, if in moderate to severe distress, or respiratory failure is impending (Asthma/COPD)

Amiodarone (Cardorone) for V-Tach c pulse
V-Tach c pulse: 150 mg in 100 ml NS over 10 minutes. May repeat once.

0.5 mg IV. Rpt in 5 minutes if pt remains symptomatic

1 gm IV. Slow admin for pts c a palpable pulse when treating crush syndrome or pts c profound hypotension after the admin of diltiazem. IVP when pt is in cardiac arrest

1: 10,000 1 mg IV/IO every 3-5 for duration of arrest.
1: 1,000 2 mg ET diluted in 5 ml NS every 3-5 minutes

0.3 mg/kg IV/IO over 1 minute, up to 30 mg. May repeat once.

25-50 mcg IV per dose every 5 minutes to 200 mcg.
50-100 mcg IV for burns
25 mcg for elderly or under 70 kg weight

Calcium Channel / Beta Blocker OD: 1 mg IV every 5 up to 3 mg
Allergic Rxn / Anaphylaxis not responding to Epi: 2 mg IVP

2.5 ml (500 mcg) mixed with 2.5 mg Albuterol via neb

Ketamine (Ketalar)
0.2 mg/kg IV/IO/IM administered over 1 minute. Repeat once in 5 minutes for pain. 3rd one for Crush Injuries.
Class
Labetalol (Normodyne)
10-20 mg slow IV over 1-2 minutes repeated in 5 minutes to a total of three doses, as long as SBP is greater than >180 mmHg
