Bp < 110, ED drugs - Viagra/Levitra 24 hours; Cialis 48 hours, Allergy/sensitivity, Anemia, Prescription (their own, or clinicall consultation), Pulse <50 or >150, Severe Anemia, Restrictive pericarditis, pericardial tamponade, Documented right sided acute myocardial infarction

Nitroglycerin Adult Dosages
Clinicall consultation required if no prior prescription for nitroglycerin or if more than 3 doses are required. 0.4 mg SL every 3-5 minutes Verify systolic blood pressure prior to administering each dose; systolic blood pressure must be ≥ 110 mmHg and heart rate must be between 50 and 150 bpm.
