Diltiazem Dose
initial dose 0.25mg/kg IV over 2 minutes, may be repeated in 15 minutes at 0.35mg/kg IV.
NOT RECCOMENDED FOR PEDIATRICS

Diphenhydramine Contraindications
Newborns or premature infants, breastfeeding.
Use caution with asthma, narrow angle glaucoma, and pts taking MAOI’s.

25-50mg IV/IM/IO/PO
Diphenhydramine Dose Pediatrics
1-2mg/kg IV/IO/IM if given PO 5mg/kg per 24hrs
