Avoid quick Thrust Lever movements.

Autopilot DISENGAGE
Flight Director OFF
Yaw Damper OFF

Set the following Attitude/Thrust for:
Slat/Flap Zero PITCH 2o AND N1 70%
Slat/Flap Extended PITCH 7o and N1 70%

CAUTION AVOID USING THE SPEEDBRAKE

Attitude/Thrust ADJUST
