•Follow The TCAS
•Notify ATC
•If on Final Approach and RA "CLIMB" or "INCREASE CLIMB" is triggered must perform GO AROUND...

Avoid excessive maneuver.
Respect stall, GPWS, or Windshear warning
•When “CLEAR OF CONFLICT”resume NAV, AP/FDs ON

8.b Windshear-Airborne/Initial CL/Landing

A

“Windshear TOGA”

  1. TOGA
  2. Keep A\P if engaged
  3. Do not change CONFIG (slats,flaps,L\G) until out of shear
  4. Follow SRS Order (FD)
    * If FD not displayed: initial pitch 17.5 (if necessary to prevent loss of altitude, increase pitch attitude).

PM: reads out the W/C.

When out of shear: do whatever it takes to not get into Overspeed (clean the a\c, thrust idle, pitch up).

  • Silence Warning

  • Prepare EMER EVAC c/l upon parking brake set

if necessary, may pull sidestick fully back

  3. Follow SRS Order (FD)
    * If FD not displayed: initial pitch 17.5 (if necessary to prevent loss of altitude, increase pitch attitude).
