Excess/Shi: Short, severe symptoms, acute, dizziness, vomitting, phlegm
Tongue: Wiry, slippery and rapid

Deficiency/Xu: chronic, recurrent,SOB, palpitation, listlessness, mild dizziness - general Qi and Blood Def
pulse: deep thin and weak
