A

1) 999

2) If non-blanching rash - IM benzylpenicillin unless anapylaxis
- < 1y - 300mg
- 1-9y - 600mg
- - >=10y - 1200mg

A

1) prolonged close contact with the case in a household setting during 7 days before onset of illness
2) transient close contact with directly exposed to large particle droplets or.secretions around time of admission
