A

Offer lifestyle- regular exercise and weight loss, smoking, spicy foods
If wants to use HRT
- with uterus use oral or transdermal oestradiol and progestogen
- without a uterus offer oral or transdermal oestogen only
If not consider SSRI, SNRI, clonidine, gabapentine
