17
Q

What are the contraindications of Benzodiazepines?

A

Elderly
Respiratory impairment
Neuromuscular disease
Liver failure

18
Q

Important drug interactions of Benzodiazepines?

A

20
Q

What are Acetylcholinesterase Inhibitors indicated for?

A

Treating dementia symptoms in mild to moderate Alzheimers

memory loss and behavioural changes

21
Q

How do Acetylcholinesterase Inhibitors work?

A

Increase levels of ACh in brain
Slows destruction of ACh
By blocking cholinesterase

22
