○ Loves it, but its more mentally taxing -you’re a bit more tired at the end of the week

§ Important to fill your cup
○ Be mindful on how you stack your calendar
○ Focus on them and their goal and building the team
§ Your number will come by default
○ Keep them focused on the daily wins
§ Doing the right things every day, the wins will follow
○ Be thoughtful of when to push
○ Defined role - where is the noise? I need to know it so I can help get rid of it
○ Prep for meetings like you would prep for clients
