It is mandatory for all our Isis members measuring office and residential to comply with the following requirements
A
- provide a date of the measurements
- State the measuring methodology
- Provide reference to the scale and any plans
- State the conversion factor from metric to imperial
- The measurements in calculations must be clearly documented
- Retain record of the RICS member responsible to certify the above
