Difference between ferrous and non ferrous

A

Ferrous: contain iron
Non: Doesn’t contain iron, this makes them malleable and resistant to corrosion.

Ferrous: magnetic
Non: not magnetic. This makes it good for electronic devices and wiring

Ferrous: harder than non ferrous.
