Describe points for physical MOGI

A

collect equipment cones, trundle wheel, speaker, MSFT app or CD, coach)
warm up (5-10 minutes)
done on flat non-slip surface
2 lines of cones 20 metres apart
calibrate CD to 60 seconds
line up along one side with toes behind line, wait for triple beep to start
run to other side, wait for next beep repeat
run until exhaustion or miss 2 consectutive beeps
collect score, compare to national averages

go to quite area with urself and coach
under exam conditions
15 questions relating to anxiety
answer ‘rarely’ ‘often’ ‘sometimes’
answer all questions honestly
add up score using SCAT key on back (0-3 depending on answer given)
add up score
compare to NORMS to find out anxiety levels
<17 = low, 17-24 = average, >24 = high

go to quite area with coach
under exam conditions
10 questions relating to social factors
answer from 1 (strongly disagree) - 10 (strongly agree)
look over with coach when finished and identify if ur teams strengths and weaknesses with coach

8 sections with 10 segments
answer with coach
u fill in 4 coach fills in other 4
pick 4 different sub factor from the same factor
shade in as many segments as u feel best suits the way u perform with each sub-factor (10 being strength, 1 being weakness)
coach then fills in the other side with the same sub-factors and shades in how they feel u perform
compare results to identify strengths and weakness
