Q

How do you convert from Celsius to Fahrenheit? From Fahrenheit to Celsius? Celsius to Kelvin?

Q

What does length measure? Mass? Volume? Time? Temperature?

A

length measures the distance between two points. Mass measures how much matter is in an object. Volume measures the amount of space something takes up. Time measures the duration of an event. Temperature measures the kinetic energy of an object.

Q

Why are conversions crucial while doing scientific experiments?

A

The metric system is the ideal system to use while doing conversions, but not all data collected uses the metric system. By being able to convert to and from the metric system, it makes collecting and using data much easier.
