Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulator

Infertility in women with:
PCOS
Amenorrhea
Dysfunctional bleeding with anovulatory cycles

Blocks estrogen inhibition at hypothalamus (purely anti-estrogenic)
Increases GnRH which increases FSH/LH
Stimulates ooctye development and ovulation
