How does America affect the islands
they influence them by creating military bases in most the islands which some of them like and benefit from because the states pay a fee to keep the bases and provide jobs to the Islanders
Many of the tiny countries rely on states foreign aid because they have no resources or industries

Due to the poor soil which limits the production of farming

Phosphate which is a mineral salts that is used to make plants fertilizers

Where is the most deposits of phosphate in Micronesia
In the federal states and Marshall Islands
But they like the money to mine the phosphate
What about Kirabiti and Nauru
Do used to have large deposits of phosphate but it’s completely gone in Kiribati and almost gone in Nauru
