Can crime ever be solved?
A
No! It’s not something that will ever go away, we can only limitedly find solutions or amelioration for it. Further, it’s going to be mired in controversy, uncertainty, dynamicness.
While we can’t make unflawed and perfect decisions and choices, if we have honesty and critical analysis of problems, we can do a better job with our legal and policy decisions.
