For wire wire, running horizontally may not be detected with normal sweep technique due to the automatic compensation canceling out the wire adjusting technique to cross potential wires, perpendicular will increase detection ability so make sure to watch for wires protruding

Calibrating time variable gain

A

-Press C until 11 and 12 are illum,
-Sweep until distinct alert from all 3 test pieces but not surrounding area.
-Keep it low as possible adjust later on the fly

Save GPR Calibration settings

A

Press/Hold C for 3 seconds
LED 5-8 should illuminate to confirm save

To recall GPR Settings

A

Auto start on default
Press hold C for 3 seconds, hear beep
5-8 blink
Release C button, then old settings return.

GPR Calibration (Alarm Volume)

A

Set control knob to set up
Press mode, GPR is the only one lit
Press + or - to increase or reduce GPR volume

GPR parameter Calibration

A

-Turn knob to set up
-Press mode till GPR is lit
-Press hold C button for 3 seconds til tone stops
-Release C button
-LED 11 lit displaying start point/variable gain (GPR deep sensitivity)
-Pressing C goes to next parameters once previous ones are set

LED 11 flashing is stop point. LED 12 is linear gain (GPR sensitivity) LED 11-12 is time variable gain (GPR Deep Sensitivity)

LED-11 Set up/GPR/Volume Press C button until 11 is illuminated Bury GPR flush tube 1 inch beneath surface Sweep over clear area, then over the tube and adjust as needed (+;-)
