Crew life jacket (CLJ) checks

Emergency torch duration and additional check
minimum 30 mins/max 4 hours. Press test button green light comes on
Loud hailer types and additional checks
federal signal call=press button and should hear click
ACR electronics=squeeze handle and click heard
Emergency locator transmitter (ELT) types, duration and checks
Type A and type b. Sends signal very 50secs/ Stow in bag.
Fire extinguisher (FX) types, duration and checks
All last 15 secs
Firefighting enterpries=red disk visible and intact.
Hafex + kiddie aerospace= pressure guage in green and ring in place.
Smoke head (SH) types and checks
Slimline oxycrew=sealed and indicator green
Oxycrew= container sealed and in window indicator visible/ not broken
Air liquide= container sealed and indicator green
fire containment bag (FCB) checks and function
kit sealed and to place items in to contain fire off item
manual release tool (MRT) function
To manually release units above to release oxygen masks
Portable oxygen (PO) checks and duration
Mask and tubing attached and not damaged. Pressurage on 1500psi. Flow inidcator on 4. At this setting will last 1hr 15mins.
Pax restrain kit (PAK) checks
pouch intact, unopened
