*a smoothed out gin sour. A wonderfully dry cocktail with a smooth and silky finish that is a great alternative for a martini.
NOTE: a Pink Lady sub Applejack for cointreau and add about .5 grenadine

- Shake without ice
- pour into ice filled Collins
- top with club soda or half club soda half ginger ale
