    *a smoothed out gin sour. A wonderfully dry cocktail with a smooth and silky finish that is a great alternative for a martini.
    NOTE: a Pink Lady sub Applejack for cointreau and add about .5 grenadine

Add all to mixing glass and stir over ice roughly 25 times. 3. Dump OF glass and rinse with three sprays of absinthe. 4. Double strain cocktail into glass 5. garnish with lemon twist
