Extends head and neck laterally flexes and rotates head and neck to same side

Traverse processes of of c1-c4
Levator scapulae insertion
Medial border of scapula between the superior angle and superior portion of spine if scapula

Elevate and downward rotate the scapula at the scapulothoracic joint extend and lat flex and rotate head to same side

Medial half of clavicle sternum and cartilage of ribs 1-6
Pectoralis major insertion
Crest if greater tubercle of humerus
Pectoralis major actions
Adducts medial rotates shoulder at g/h joint assist to elevate thorax during force inhale
Upper fibers flex and horizontally adduct shoulder at g/h jt lower extends
