when: The College produced its first graduates and began its growth as a separate entity from the College of Liberal Arts.

when: Colegio de San Agustin de Iloilo was granted University status and renamed
UNIVERSITY OF SAN AGUSTIN.

when: The BS in Medical Technology was offered by the College with an initial enrolment of 213 students.The program was opened to high school graduates and third year BS inc

when: With the recognition of the BS in Medical Technology program by the Government, the College was renamed COLLEGE OF PHARMACY AND MEDICAL TECHNOLOGY

when: The USA Drugstore was closed to give way to the construction of the Mendel Hall.

when: DECS approved the awarding of Certificate of Pharmacy Technician to graduates of Pharmacy Aide course.

when: The PHARMACY TECHNICIAN curriculum was revised into a semi-ladderized form so that students can eventually join BS in Pharmacy program.

when: Certificate in Pharmacy Technician was phased out.
