FERPA Consent:

A

Disclosure of education records is permitted if one of the following is met:
• Information is not personally identifiable
• Directory information that has not been blocked by the student
• Consent has been given by the parent or student once they are 18 years old
• Disclosure is to a student or parent (if the student is under 18 or the student has consented)
• Statutory exception applies, such as health or safety purposes
