Anticipate and select from alternatives of action
Commit
Decide to undertake a course of action to accomplish a goal or personal project fulfill a role or begin a new habit.
Explore
Investigate new way of doing things, new objects, spaces, or occupations
Identify
Locate novel information or alternatives for action that provide meaning to occupational performance and participation
Negotiate
Give and take with others to produce agreed upon perspective or middle ground
Plan
Establish and action agenda
Practice
Repeat performance of skills to increase effectiveness of occupation
Reexamine
Critically appraise or consider alternatives to previously held beliefs or roles

Persist in occupational performance.

Acknowledge client’s experience.
