When the speed/velocity of an object is changing what is it called?
Acceleration
What is acceleration?
The change of speed/ velocity of an object over a given time.
=difference in speed/ time taken
m/s2 = m/s ÷ s
What Is momentum?
The amount of force required to make an object come to a stop from it in action.
What is the formula for speed?
Speed (m/s) = distance (m) / time (s)
How do you calculate average speed?
Total distance / Total time
On a distance time graph what does the gradient equal to?
The speed

Constant speed.

Speed is changing, the object is accelerating.
