Q

What type of feedback is more effective for a cognitive learner?

A

Extrinsic, immediate, terminal, verbal feedback is best for a cognitive learner. They require verbal instruction as soon as they make mistakes in skill performance.

Delay and non verbal may negatively impact learning as cognitive learners are unable to accurately evaluate their own learning.
