247 CMR 16.00 sets forth criteria applicable to
pharmacists and pharmacies that engage in
collaborative drug therapy management with
physicians in accordance with M.G.L. c. 112,
§§ 24½ and 24¾, including pharmacist
qualifications, and requirements for practice
settings and collaborative practice
agreements.
