Arms:
What are the 4 main muscels that make up the arms?

- Tricepts
- Biceps
- Deltoids
- Forearms
This is the muscle on the back of your upper arm that, when flexed, extends your forearm. It is used when you do pushups, when raise something above your head from behind, etc.
Triceps
Basicsly your shoulders. This muscel has three different sections, allowing you to move your arms in many directions

Deltoid
These muscels are used to curl your wrists in both directions.

Forearms

What are the 4 main muscels that make up the Legs?

- Quads
- Calves
- Glutes
- Hamstrings
These muscels are used to straighten your legs. This is used to stand up, and is involved in kicking your legs forward.

Quadriceps (Quads)
These muscels are used to move your foot. Its how we raise our heels, how we walk, and when used fast enough, part of how we jump.

Calves
Basically, your butt cheeks. These muscles help stabilize and move your hips.

Gluteus Maximus (Glutes)
These are the muscles on the back of your thighs, that fold your legs in.

Hamstrings (Hammys)

- Pectorals (Pecs)
- Rectus Abdominis (Abs)
- Obliques
- Trapezius (Traps)
- Latissimus Dorsi (Lats)
Basicaly, your chest. It’s what allows you to bring your arms inward, as if in a clapping motion.

They are involved when you do pushups/benchpresses.
Pecs
When your This muscel is flexed it brings your body inward. This can be done in many ways.

Abs
These muscels are like abs for your sides. When they flex , you bring your body inwards towards whichever is flexing.

Obliques
The muscles near your neck. Allowing you to raise your shoulders. It’s what you use when you shrug.

Traps
These muscels are what allow you to bring your arms back behind you. Its what you use to pull along with the biceps.

Lats
When you do pushups, or a benchpress, or an activity that involves you PUSHING, what two Muscels are being used?

Pecs and Triceps
