* Origin - 1st Lumbrical medial side of Flexor Digitorum Longus Tendon associated with toe number 2 the other Lumbricals originate form adjacent surfaces of of adjacent tendon of FDL Tendon
* Insertion - Medially on the Dorsal digital expansions of digits 2-5
* Innervation - 1st lumbrical Medial plantar nerve the lateral three lumbrical by lateral plantar nerve
* Function - Flex and Adduct the digits 2-5 at the MTP Joints
